Ferret racing at The Manor; this must be a first! The sun shone as FOTM held its Country Fayre here on Saturday afternoon and tremendous fun was had by everyone. The ferrets were certainly the star attraction as people rushed to place their bets on their favourite ferret to win their race through an obstacle course of winding tubes! The gun dogs and birds of prey displayed their talents and the younger children loved spending time with all the farm animals. An array of delicious refreshments and various stalls, around which the mothers lingered, completed the perfect picture of a relaxing English summer afternoon. FOTM also hopes to have raised money towards the Manor minibus.
