Year Three enjoyed a fabulous sunny day out at Marwell Zoo last week. From baby giraffes to Emperor penguins, smelly bats to Snow leopards, it was a wonderful day for all. After a quick look around the enclosures, the girls visited the Marwell classroom where they showed off their excellent knowledge of ‘Habitats and Adaptations.’ More animal spotting came after the picnic lunch, or perhaps feeding time at the zoo! The girls arrived back hot and weary but full of the sights and sounds of the animals they encountered – and even a little something from the gift shop too!
