It was a long, hot day of Year 3 – 6 House Athletics, from Sprints to 1000m Walks to Vortexes and Jumps! It was all about personal bests, trying to break the school records and scoring points for your House. It was a privilege to see the children compete after all the hard work they have put in this term in their lessons. Well done to Windrush who won the overall House Athletics shield but no less achievement goes to the individual year group House winners: Year 3 Thames; Year 4 Windrush and Cherwell; Year 5 Isis and Year 6 Windrush. Well done, girls! The PE department is enormously proud of all that you have achieved today.
