Our most recent inspection noted that pastoral care is a great strength of The Manor.  The school takes a pride in being a listening school and all members of the community are encouraged to talk freely about any issue. 

Form teachers/tutors throughout the school take exceptionally good  care of their pupils, teach PSHE, lead circle times and are always available to talk to children and parents alike.  All staff eat with the children and get to know them really well.
