Isle of Wight Weekend

18th May 2015

school trip to the Isle of Wight

The whole of Year 5 have been enjoying a wonderful trip to the Isle of Wight, here’s how they’ve been getting on:

Saturday

Lots of fun being had by all here on the Isle of Wight. Yesterday we had great boat trip from Alum Bay around the Needles and this morning we woke up to a beautiful, sunny day, excited about doing some activities. So far the girls have done brilliantly, getting muddy on the sensory trail and climbing Jacob’s Ladder. We have even seen some red squirrels! Let’s hope this fine weather continues!

Sunday

Another gorgeous, sunny day on the Isle of Wight. More fun has been had doing activities such as climbing, archery and of course the GIANT SWING! Looking forward to some singing around the campfire tonight and then the final chalet inspection. Who will win the ‘tidiest chalet’ award…?!

It’s been quiet at The Manor without them, we can’t wait to greet them all this afternoon and hear all their exciting tales!
