Pakistan Appeal

Zeeshan Najmi (the children know him as Mr Zee), The Manor’s ICT Co-ordinator, whose home country is Pakistan, gave a very informative account and presentation to the children of life in Pakistan, finishing with a description of  the devastation that hit his homeland during the recent floods.  What was particularly shocking for us all, aside from the number of homes that were washed away, leaving so many homeless and facing the long wait for aid, was the number of schools that were destroyed.  This really struck a chord.  Manor children wore home clothes and gave a donation for this privilege.  All proceeds will go towards the victims of the floods.
