On Saturday 29th March, 24 children, parents and staff set off for Meiringen in Switzerland.  We had just a few problems flying out of Heathrow’s Terminal 5 but we did eventually get to our resort although somewhat later than planned!  We then spent a week in Meiringen, not only skiing on fantastic snow, but also swimming, painting cows, visiting a meringue factory, oh, and of course, eating a few meringues on the way!  We all had an amazing time.  It was great fun joining the girls in the ski school lessons, and especially funny when we fell over in the deep snow.  I don’t think the girls will ever forget their time throwing snowballs at Mrs Walker then covering her completely in snow!
