Facilities Hire

Facilities at The Manor can be hired by external groups for rehearsals, shows, exercise classes, parties, sports clubs etc. In line with KCSIE regulations, some facility hire is subject to safeguarding sign off. To make an enquiry, please email: facilityhire@manorprep.org

Main Hall

The Main Hall can be hired and is suitable for; parties, table top sales, music groups, large exercise classes and performances. There is a small kitchen available for use with a hatch opening to the hall. The kitchen has a sink, small fridge and kettle that can be used. Unfortunately equipment such as cutlery, crockery etc are not included and there are no cooking facilities. The hall has a raised stage to the front and toilets available for use in the entrance hall; use of the stage must be agreed at the time of booking. There are plenty of  tables and chairs that can also be used.

Availability: From 6:00pm on weekdays and 8:00am until late on weekends

Capacity: Seated 298, standing 500

(Please note that if you will be serving or selling alcohol you will need a TEN licence from the Vale of White Horse District Council)

Sports Hall

Our state of the art Sports Hall is available to hire for sports clubs and events only. Food and drink are not permitted in the Sports Hall.

Availability: 6:00pm-9:00pm on weekdays and 9:00am-6:00pm on Saturdays

No hire on Sundays and Bank Holidays

The Barn

The Barn is a Grade II listed open space with a vaulted ceiling making it the perfect location for a small party, meeting or class.

Availability: From 6:00pm on weekdays and 8:00am until late on weekends

Capacity: Seated 77, standing 100

Netball and Tennis Courts

The Manor currently has two outdoor netball courts which double up as tennis courts. These are available for hire for classes, clubs or private use. Unfortunately, the courts do not currently have external lighting for evening matches.

Availability: From 6:00pm on weekdays and from 8:00am on weekends.

Visit Us

We hold regular Open Events where you can meet key members of the Senior Leadership Team and tour the school with some of our Year 6 pupils. We also offer Private Visits at any time, comprising of a meeting with our Head, Rachel Hamlyn, followed by a tour of the school. Private Visits can also be arranged virtually if you are unable to come to the school in person.
