Year 1 had great fun dressing as pirates and imagining life on board a ship in the 1600s.
They used role-play and authentic tools and materials in a variety of workshops, including making treasure maps, eye patches and pendants.
In the afternoon they visited Pirate Boot Camp and participated in team building activities, listened to pirate stories and sang songs!
