Before half term break, we held a wonderful Poetry Festival Celebration Assembly for Years 3 to 6. Children were invited to recite a poem that they like or to read a poem that they had written themselves.

Voice
There forever:
Immortal you may
say. Powered by
your lungs; used
everyday.
As it curls through
the air, as it sweeps
up sound. Not to be
discovered, never to
be found.
