Reception’s Forest School Adventure

Wonderful Windsor Castle

Year 2 had a wonderful day at Windsor Castle on Wednesday 23rd September. The sun shone as we explored the castle grounds, looking for features such as turrets, battlements and arrow slits.  The children toured the beautiful state rooms, complete with gold-adorned pieces of furniture, portraits, tapestries, ceiling paintings, chandeliers, armour, swords, shields and flags….
