Year 4 had the pleasure of meeting Ben Rosec, the head coach of Abingdon Squash Club who has great enthusiasm for the sport. The girls learnt how to control the ball with some hand-eye coordination drills, some shuttle runs to prove how fit squash makes you and some pop up walls, to get the feel for a real squash wall. They had a great time and were invited to a series of training sessions with Ben and his team. Many thanks to Abingdon Squash Club, we hope to see the next squash superstar that has come from The Manor!
