Nursery Rhyme Assembly

24th February 2017

This week the children in Nursery and Reception have been reciting Nursery rhymes in front of their friends in small groups ready for a special assembly.

We were delighted so many children wanted to take part and everyone supported each other. Many of the rhymes had actions, some were traditional, others more modern and some were adapted and even created on the spot! The teachers also took their turn performing one of their special rhymes and the children helped them by joining in.

Thank you to Mr Heyworth for coming along to watch us and thank you to the parents who have supported their children in learning these rhymes at home.
