The Manor children were given a real treat on the second day of Pre-Season hockey with the visit of Olympic Gold Medallist, Crista Cullen.
As well as having the opportunity to pose for photos wearing an authentic Olympic Gold Medal, the children received an entire day of coaching from the Olympian. After learning lots of techniques and competing in small-sided games, the day concluded with a Q+A session in which Crista gave a fascinating insight into the life of an elite athlete. It was a fantastic experience for the girls taking part and one that they will not forget for a very long time.
