At pre-season netball before the start of the Autumn Term, 30 children from Years 4 to 6 had the fantastic opportunity of being coached by Amanda Newton, former England Netball player and current London Pulse coach. The children were treated to her expertise through a wide variety of different skills including timing to release the ball and moving on angles. Not only did all the girls make significant improvements in such a short time whilst making new friends, many gained an abundance of confidence whilst having a lot of fun playing different small sided games and matches. A special mention to those who were presented with the ‘most improved’ prize for their year:

An extra special mention also goes to new pupil, Sophia H, who made a huge impression on all of the coaches and received the overall ‘most outstanding’ prize.
