Our Reception children enjoyed a trip to Forest School today, using our onsite grounds. Mrs Dashwood showed us all the different areas that we could explore, including the mud kitchen and the fire pit. Once the children had time to make lots of new discoveries in Forest School, they learnt how to light a piece of cotton wool, using just a flint and steel.
It was very exciting and they all had a lovely time enjoying the fresh air and autumn weather.
